A feature of the cabin is the 'window wall' giving you uninterrupted views of the bushland, eucalyptus trees and the bird and animal life ! The property features one bedroom with ensuite bathroom and an open plan living space incorporating a kitchenette, dining and lounge area with sofabed. Open the sliding door to a deck, the perfect spot to take in your surroundings!

Cottage, Hobart's Eastern Shore

Welcome to Livingston Cottage, your home away from home. The cottage is named after the homes original owners, Alec and Olive who lovingly tended to the property. The Cottage is fully appointed with everything you will need for your stay. We provide many of the basic consumables not usually found in a short term rental – think olive oil, glad wrap and good quality washing detergent. Enjoy the full sized lounge room and dining room, with water/mountain views from the front of the property.

Sunny Location with foreshore walking track nearby

The host will be staying in the unit at the back of the house. The main house is fenced off with a lovely private backyard and has its own driveway. Sunny and homely house close to walking tracks along the waterfront. Netflix. Prime.Disney. Nespresso coffee makers. Central Heating. 15 min drive to the city. 5 or 15 minute walk to public transport. Pet friendly. Please advise on booking. My house has incorrectly been categorised as near a beach. It is near a river only.

Welcome to our Sunshine Apartment in Austins Ferry. Occupying the top floor by the owners, this outstanding property is now available to those seeking unique accommodation whilst in Hobart. Positioned only 20 minutes away from the CBD and decked out to comfortably accommodate four guests. The entrance is through the bottom door, followed by hallway to the rooms. Guest will have their own car park in front of their personal entrance as well as street parking.
