Battery Point House is an award winning architect designed renovation to a heritage Battery Pt. cottage close to the Derwent river. The house is ideally located a leisurely 10 min. walk to Salamanca Market and town, 5 mins. to Battery Pt. village and 2 mins. to the waterfront. The main house has 4 bedrooms for max. 7 adults for the listed price. Million Dollar Views Luxury Studio!

Our home was built by my husband Costa in 1986. We loved bringing up our children in our beautiful family home till they were married. We now offer a wonderful space for guests to enjoy, and love meeting interesting people from around the world! Our home has character so there is a feeling you could be on a Greek island. Of course the views are special and truly Million Dollar Views!
