We are located right off of 11W close to I81. 7 min to the Pinnacle and Bristol Medical Center, 15 min to Hard Rock and downtown Bristol, TN/VA. The house is over a 100 years old, but the remodel has all the modern conveniences you need to make yourself at home while you enjoy all Bristol has to offer! All the privacy you could want, a large yard, and a fire pit add to the enjoyment of your visit. And no cleaning up after your stay!

There is no cable TV. A DOG MUST BE PRE-APPROVED and there will be an added pet fee. Can accommodate up to 6 guests. I do not charge a cleaning fee as long as guest leave place clean as found. Our one bedroom apartment offers a quiet place to stay in a small town just 6 miles from Kingsport, TN and 22 miles to Bristol, TN/VA. Originally an office in a century old building, this space was completely renovated into the apartment it is now. All new appliances, fixtures, furniture,and decor that will give you a glimpse into our part of the world. This 1100 sq ft home is very cozy and quiet and only a 10 minute drive to the Bristol Race Track and the Pinnacle Shopping Center, 15 minutes from downtown Bristol and 10 minutes from Bristol Regional Hospital. Also, only a 10-15 minute drive to Kingsport where Holston Valley Hospital is and a 20 minute drive to Johnson City. Asheville, North Carolina is just an hour and 15 minutes away. Sevierville, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Dollywood are also an hour and a half away.
