The house was perfect. up the stairs in the back. 2 bedrooms with extra small room with daybed/trundle and the added sleeper sofa were nice. Our group of 7 all had a place to sleep. pros: location! (neighboring cafe/eatery++), large balcony, clean, house hold supplies present. nice to have 2 bathrooms with 7 females for sure. love the character of this older home. coffee bar was a nice touch. cons: issue with back door closing securely (required a good pull to ensure locked), uncomfortable mattresses 😟, lack of mirrors, no broom?, just FYI single panel windows so noisy (may want to bring sound machine if you're a light sleeper). We enjoyed our stay! and would definitely recommend!

Steven was the ultimate host. Condo was everything he said it was. Very clean. Steven was very responsive to questions and answered quickly. Will definitely look him up again the next time we are visiting Hilton Head.

We had a wonderful stay. Great location. Beach is literally right there with a super easy walk. Loved having access to the wagon and chairs, which made traveling so much light and easier for us. Our 18 year old girls loved the upstairs area with their own balcony and my husband I enjoyed our comfy room. Bed was soooo comfortable. Great having a kitchen to cook breakfast and store leftovers. Having access to laundry was a nice bonus too. Will certainly stay here again. Host was very friendly and was quick at responding. Overall great trip. Thank you for the beautiful home away from home. Our puppy had a great time too. 🥰

Jason’s place is adorable and overlooks the beautiful Oglethorpe Square. We took a Lyft to Tybee Island for a day, but other than that, we were able to walk everywhere. Seriously, anything you could want is within a few blocks, including a nearby CVS, which came in handy more than once. Also, the river front is a 5-minute walk and blew us away. We loved not having the hassle of a car/parking. The apartment is efficient and the bed is super cozy. The space is small but it doesn’t feel that way! Jason was responsive, friendly, and welcoming. We can’t wait to return.

We had a wonderful time in Jim's beautiful place. Everything - the furniture and beds, the kitchen and bathrooms, were comfortable and worked well. The big picture window really was wonderful and especially so when we had some colder weather and rain; we could happily sit in the living room and the unobstructed ocean view was right in front of us. Of course, the view was from the deck as well. Communication with Jim and his associates Greg and Nicole, was excellent throughout, including when we were on-site. Nicole answered every question quickly by text and in a most friendly way. The location with the walkability to Cologny Square was perfect for us. We enjoyed all the restaurants and shops there and in the area. We enjoyed people watching at the park area at the entrance to Cologny Beach. For us, this was a relaxing-by-the-ocean vacation. Hilton Head certainly offers a lot more to do, but we enjoyed just 'being there' and Jim's place made that especially nice.

The renovation of this property is so well done! The peaceful garden perfectly matches the aesthetic of Savannah! Tall people need to duck while entering the half bath as the door is very low, could be a rude awakening going to the bathroom in the middle of the night! LOVED the pleasant surprise of the quaint little patio off the master! As others have mentioned, the shower is FABULOUS! Location is great and Matt offered lots of local recommendations! Maybe it was us but we had a tough time finding our unit from the back garden entrance. Make sure you go past the fountain and through the red door to find the door to your unit. Appreciated the amenities provided! Good thinking on the sound machine! This property was a great find!

We loved our stay in East McDonough! My boyfriend and I visited Savannah for a 4 day trip, and the place was incredible! The location is great- about two blocks from a pizza restaurant and just streets away from local trolley stops. Brandon & Chase were proactive in their messages, gave helpful instructions and are lovely hosts. The apartment is very clean! We wanted to stay somewhere with character, and this exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Wonderful place to stay!! Can’t wait to return! Had to book last minute due to some work stuff and they were more than happy to accommodate!!! Awesome views and the location is top-notch!

This was a lovely stay and we especially loved how close it was to downtown, while having an interesting view of barges passing by. We loved the Bar Julian rooftop views, and the breakfast coffee and sandwiches from the nearby bakery. I would be hard pressed to find any improvements- the security system is a little loud in announcing when the door is opened and that’s near one of the bedrooms. The charger is for Tesla connector only- just note that if you have a different car. Overall this was a great stay with a premium kitchen, well stocked and great for us three couples.

We loved staying at Bridgett’s place! Great location right next the beach and walkable to a lot of restaurants. Perfect for staying close to Savannah but not wanting to be in the city. Bridgett was a great host who’s very responsive and helpful. We had a great time here and would definitely stay again. Thank you Bridgett!

Great location midway between downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. Sits on a dead end street, so very quiet. Clean, well-appointed house. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the neighborhood. Liang is a responsive and helpful host.

This was a great find! Cozy, spacious, and terrific accommodations. Very affordable and convenient to all things Hilton Head. Very responsive rental agency. We locked ourselves out by accident late at night and they were able to get us in minutes. Highly recommend this location. The 10 of us hadva wonderful time.

The Jingle Bell Square House was a pleasure to stay in- we only wished we had booked a longer vacation! It is in easy walking distance to most of the sites in the historic district, yet is located in a quiet neighborhood with ample parking. The house itself is charming and comfortable, well equipped and spotless. The back porch and garden were a bonus- a great place to relax with morning coffee or an afternoon drink. All in all, a great place to stay. We hope to come back!

We arrived to an Easter basket full of goodies and a charcuterie platter because Renee, the property manager, everyone deserves an Easter basket on Easter. That was truly kind. The place is fantastic- bigger than pictures make it appear, light and sunny, meticulously clean, and well stocked for cooking. We loved gas grill! The backyard is super cool with a pergola covered in jasmine- smelled so good. Inside is super clean and fresh- everything painted and in great shape. Bed was comfortable. It is great to have the washer and dryer as well. We really got to know Renee, the manager, and that was great too. The whole island feeling is wonderful, and Banana Breeze and Renee engender that atmosphere.

The cutest place - looked just like the photos! It worked out well for our group visiting Savannah for the first time, with a short drive to both downtown and Tybee Island. Yanina was a very responsive host, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like makeup towels and pads, k-cups, etc.

We loved the home it was lovely. In my opinion the distance to the beach was an inconvenience. It’s a good walk for families with little kids or older retired adults. The golf cart was not accessible on one of the days and we didn’t get any communication about the situation until we were already at the beach. Driving was an option but even then the distance was long for my parents who are 80+. We still made memories and had a good time. The house was beautiful and very clean. Big enough for everyone to have their own space. My grandchildren loved the bunk beds 3-4 years of age. The hostess was wonderful. She was willing to help if needed.

Stay as described and all the extra things as well like beach wagon etc. We loved our stay and the condo. Thank you.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at Steve and Jenna’s! We found it to be very clean, great use of space, great location (in the building with the pool/hot tub with easy interior stair access). The boardwalk was a nice way to access the beach and the shuttle was handy for days our crew wasn’t up for the walk. It was great to have access to the beach wagon/equipment as well. We got to try a number of the restaurant recommendations and thoroughly enjoyed them. They were responsive/proactive in messaging. Thanks y’all!

We had a family gathering at Terese's place, and everything was perfect! The condo is beautiful. It's only a few blocks from the beach, with a fun, giant pavilion and boardwalk. We walked to several great restaurants. They were only steps away from the condo. All of the beds were comfy. The master bedroom and bath are awesome! Outside is a huge deck overlooking the community pool. We would stay on Tybee Island again. It was a lot of fun and a short drive to downtown Savannah. Terese was very attentive and always answered us quickly. Very nice!

We spent four nights in Laura’s place for spring break in April and it was ideal. Great location and convenient to everything. Really enjoyed her two bikes as well. Laura communicated very well with us and we would highly recommend her place.

Was exactly what I was looking for! Perfectly located, bike rentals available, always parking right outside the unit, very clean all around, adorably decorated with many amenities, seemed newly renovated, beach and bright, huge pool and tiki bar…overall I thought it was great! Perfect for a couple, or a couple with 2 children, ( but no more). I will definitely request to stay there again!!!

I enjoyed my 5 day stay. It was clean and had everything I needed. The walk to beach and pool area was an easy walk not too far. I do think the mattress could use an update and be more comfortable. But overall, it was great place.

We had a wonderful stay at Kacie’s. It was a great place to be for a few days…close to the beach, safe, quiet, and clean. Kacie was extremely responsive, and we appreciated the ease of check in/out, using WiFi, and viewing her recommendations! Would stay there again!

Steve was so easy to work with and made everything super simple. The decor was beautiful and the views were even better.
