Two King BRs, 3rd BR with 2 Queens. Flat screen TVs, cable, ROKU in all BRs. Doorbell cam at front door porch with recording capability for host/guest safety. Beach access @ Omni resort and Dunes House is 5-10 min by bike or 15 min walk. Beach towels/umbrella/chairs not provided. Pool/spa heat not available after 6/1/26

Just a short walk down Folly Field to the beach & locally managed by the Owner. This brand new beach house has 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Linens, Bath Towel sets & Pool Towels included. An Amazing bunk room/play room with 6 full size bunk beds, high end furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, dining for the entire crew, 2 huge balconies with lovely lagoon views, large outdoor living area with television and shaded pool. We have thought of everything & we are at your service!

Great spot for families, golf cart included

Home sleeps up to 22 guests (14 Beds) depending on sleeping arrangements.. We are located in a gated community a short walk to the beach on pathways and sidewalk. This home offers a heated screened pool keeping pesky bugs away and elevator. The main floor is open concept perfect for large families or groups to enjoy and socialize. Rear yard has BBQ, and firepit and is fully fenced. 6 Person Golf Cart available with restrictions.. Dill Dinkers indoor pickleball close by.
