Aside from our fenced, friendly backyard chickens and ducks, it's very common to see deer, groundhogs, bunnies, beavers, frogs, owls, hawks, and much more around the property!

The 2 unit Townhouse sits on 5.14 acres of land and was recently remodeled. One unit we rent-out; the second unit we live in with our family We are located: 20 minutes from Condord NH, 30 minutes from Manchester NH 40 minutes from Manchester airport and 10 minutes from New England college in Henniker NH. The nearby pond is 0.5 mile. away where you can canoe, kayak, and fish. The suite is located in the unit that we rent out through the Airbnb. It is newly constructed with a fresh decor.

I offer a private upstairs bedroom and bath in my lovely old horse farm property, surrounded by 16 acres of fields, flowers, trees and spectacular views. It is a gem to visit in any season. Nestled at the end of a private road my home is just a few minutes away from skiing at Mt. Crotchet, golfing, hiking, swimming or kayaking in Deering Lake, antiquing, star gazing or visiting the local Toll Booth Tavern for dinner or music. Also great just to relax on the grounds and feed the chickens.

Historic home , built 200 years ago. Home is totally powered w/ solar energy. Bright sunny, country style w/ lots of wood, tile, granite counters & European kitchen. Noodles the cat to greet you Large 30 foot deck , gas grill and patio umbrella & seating for outdoor dining. Accommodations on lake side include fire pit, kayak, canoe, paddleboards PFD's, picnic tables, chairs, hammock w/beautiful view. A small slice of heaven!

We would be happy to welcome you to our spacious walk-out basement apartment that features a comfortable and stylish living space. The apartment decor is warm and contemporary, with a large living and eating area, modest kitchenette, bedroom with queen size bed, and fully appointed bathroom. We are close to downtown Milford and 30 minutes from Nashua and Manchester, as well as an easy drive to Merrimack Premium Outlets.

Private 3rd Floor 1BR Attic Studio

This is a 3rd floor attic studio fully furnished right off the highway. Guests can enjoy a beautiful huge park for a backyard, and is minutes from downtown. No real kitchen in the unit but is equipped with; microwave, toaster oven, 2 burner hot plate and a coffee machine. Parking is not available on the premises but lots of street parking is available across the building all the time and is free.
