When i say everything was BEAUTIFUL. it felt so good to get away from the city for a weekend. I felt so free around the water and all the trees. I can’t wait to book again. You do have a neighbor but they left when we came. So we had everything to our selves. It was Amazing ! Thank you again for the stay.

My family enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Gullett! Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay a little longer! The host is very sweet and super responsive. We were given very clear instructions on how to gain access and operate anything we needed. We are already planning another visit to this location! Absolutely loved it!!! We had a fantastic stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. One of the best parts was the screened in porch. We honestly did not think we would use it much, but it ended up being our favorite spot to hang out with a coffee in the morning or relax in the evening. We are so glad we picked this place and would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful place for my kids to come visit & be close to me. Older home renewed to pioneer woman decor! 3 beds, large recliner & couch gave plenty of room for all to sleep comfortably. Great wifi! Kelly & other members of this Airbnb are AMAZING kind & always close if you need anything

We had a wonderful stay here with my two toddlers & husband! Everything was very clean and the couches were very comfy & beds as well. The host was very quick to answer questions & sweet as can be, we even booked another day! Very peaceful place to get away from the city! I definitely recommend.

What a great little escape. Host was proactive in reaching out, provided great instructions, and I imagine is very responsive, but everything was just as described and perfect so we had no need to contact Andrew. House was just as pictured and is a nice little home. Seems bigger inside and the windows offer a nice view and great lighting. The location was amazing with close access to the river and a lot of open green space to play in around the house. We spent our days at the river kayaking and talking to the occasional passerby. Just beautiful and peaceful. The water was a little low so we were able to put our camping chairs on part of the dry riverbed and sit and listen to the birds. At night we sat by the fire pit (smaller pit located in the front yard) and watched all the deer grazing on the other side of the yard. It was a great space and we spent most of the time outdoors enjoying the surroundings. Will be coming back to this nice little retreat.

This was one of the best locations we’ve stayed. I completed 180 miles on bike for the MS150 Texas and needed a nice space to recover and rest. This was everything we needed to unplug, rest, reset and so much more above our expectations. Poles in the water, fire pit going, lights on the trees and food on the grill. Absolutely beautiful stay. Great place to stay, easy to find, easy parking, private location without a bunch of traffic, great cute and cozy house. Great deck with fenced in back yard perfect or pets.

Beautiful cabin had an awesome time with my family. The power was out when we got there due to weather but the cabin was cool and comfortable and the beds were awesome. Never slept so good. My daughter enjoyed watching the cows and horses.

Great stay. Liked the outside area very much. It was great to hang out there. The Airbnb was extremely clean.

Last minute gate away with my husband, son and fur babies. This house has an espectacular view and has a fenced yard. Super clean and comfortable. The hostess were very friendly and very accommodating. We definitely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house and we are already planning to come back soon.

Becky and her husband Ricky were extremely accommodating. It had rained seven inches the day before, so the river flooded over. They lost their fire pit and chairs which were close to the river. Ricky knew we were disappointed because we really wanted a fire, so on Saturday, he built us a huge fire, brought chairs, and gave us a bottle of wine. We were impressed by their almost immediate response to our texts and our situation. The only real negative is that when they say “tiny,” they weren’t kidding. It’s teeny tiny, so if you pack a lot (which I did), it will be hard to get it all in. Overall, it was a very pretty spot, very quiet & private, and the hosts were incredibly responsive.

It was perfect for what we needed! Stacie was super great and the house has what you need for a good little getaway!

We had a wonderful stay in Jay’s peaceful property! The home was so comfortable and clean and no clutter - perfect for any minimalist. Morning coffee overlooking the pond was a treat while listening to abundant nature sounds. Lots to do in the area - Mammoth National Park, Cameron Park and Zoo and Lake Whitney not too far. We will definitely be back - thanks Jay!!
