Bright Hillside Studio with Leafy Gardens

Brew some coffee and step out into a tiered hillside garden and have a seat on deck patio of this enchanting hideaway. Charming interiors feature terra-cotta tile floors, eclectic artworks, and traditional furnishings, forging a laid-back atmosphere. Check out the Accessibility pictures for the lay of the land! Note: the TV is an Apple TV to be used with your subscriptions. The studio is the entire bottom floor of a 3 story house. It has its own separate access through the garden and is completely private from the rest of the house. A bathroom, kitchenette, dining/study area are included within your studio space. Laundry and Apple TV available upon request. Garden space and access is shared. Enjoy the deck and outdoor dining and lounging facilities as well as a gorgeous sunset view of LA. The entire bottom floor of the house is yours. Garden access is shared, as are the laundry machines in the main house. We are available at all times by phone, text or email. Bordering the neighborhoods of Eagle Rock and Highland Park, the area has an understated charm and offers an array of vibrant restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. Old Town Pasadena, a retail hub with charming eateries, is a short drive away. It is a 0.4 mile distance to the nearest bus stop on La Loma and Figueroa. (about a 10 minute walk from the apartment) The 81 Bus can take you to the Gold Line Metro in Highland Park in less than 15 min. The Gold Line runs between Pasadena and Downtown, where you can transfer to other trains. Please let us know if you would like an Apple TV set up for your arrival or at any point during your stay.

Quiet studio in my back yard. One guest, no visitors. Central to all, Universal Studios, NoHo Arts District, Metro, Burbank Studios, recording studios. Great for a creative for work or rest. Non-traditional space. You have a private entrance and the space is airy, bright, clean & quiet. No kitchen, but you'll have a minifridge, microwave, coffee-maker. Private patio. Our home is half a block away from Magnolia Boulevard, a commercial corridor filled with cafes, vintage clothing boutiques and antique stores. Modern, private, 375 square foot studio in the heart of Silverlake. Located on the lower level of a 1937 bungalow home, this bright and newly renovated space has a private entry which opens out onto a patio with a beautiful chinese elm tree, a hammock, and outdoor seating areas. The space has a queen sized bed from Modernica, a kitchenette and bathroom tiled with Heath Ceramic, and many other designer finishes. A twin bed can be added for couples traveling with a child.

My Cozy Hideaway is close to Eaton Canyon. The name says it all: the studio apartment is nestled beneath a 100-year old pine tree in a quiet neighborhood. This sleek and serene one bedroom studio is close to dining, shops, and entertainment in the heart of the Silver Lake hills. It is private, light, bright, and airy with a comfy bed and beautiful kitchen and bath. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). Due to the fact that my house is on a hillside, this space isn’t safe or available for children under age 12.
