Tranquil Private Studio

This fully self-contained studio is a great place to unwind and relax after a busy day site seeing around the Gold Coast. Located in the suburb of Parkwood, set in a peaceful, tranquil environment. GC Hospital is a 5 min drive or via public transport a 10 min walk to the tram (Parkwood East) and one tram stop away. The light rail takes you as far as Broadbeach or connects you to the main rail link travelling from Robina to Brisbane. The studio is attached to the main house yet very private.

Make yourself at home in this spacious self contained suite with separate entry in the downstairs portion of our home. . Outdoor patio area for your morning cuppa in the sun. Close proximity to two golf courses, Glades and Boomerang Farm. As well as four local wedding venues. Robina Town Centre is 10 minutes away, Mudgeeraba village just 5 minutes by car. Great little restaurants and coffee shops. Parking is undercover off street, at the top of our driveway on the lefthand side of the garage.

Our private guest suite in Highland Park is tucked away in a peaceful, secure estate with serene garden views and tropical wildlife. It features a private entrance, queen bed, Smart TV, A/C, walk-in wardrobe, deck area and own car park in front of the unit. The kitchen includes a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & more. We also provide complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks. Guests have use of our shared pool. Gilston Orchard is a rural property 9 kilometres along the Nerang Beaudesert/Murwillumbah Rd from Nerang. We are at walking distance from Hinze Dam with its View Cafe open each day. Easy access to the Gold Coast glitter strip, beaches, and theme parks. Also easy access to Binnaburra (O'Reillys), Springbrook, Beechmont, Mt Tamborine plus further out West to Canungra, Beaudesert etc. This is a nice spot from which to bike ride with a mountain bike track just across the dam wall.
