Kelling Estate's newly restored studios are former stables that have been thoughtfully renovated offering guests a private and relaxing retreat. Nijinski is a small, cosy, compact studio, with a fully equipped kitchen-lounge which opens into a private, fully fenced courtyard, with patio furniture. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a spacious car park, that also has an EV charger, tennis & pickleball courts and a children's playground Nijinsky can accommodate two guests and welcomes two well-behaved dogs.

The Retreat offers stylish, peaceful and relaxing accommodation for two adults, open plan living/sleeping, a private raised patio with fire pit and gas BBQ, a separate kitchen with electric oven, hob, fridge, and dishwasher, and a bathroom with walk-in shower and sauna, all WiFi and audio connected. Cosy dog friendly home in Holt

Beautiful, dog friendly ‘home from home’ which has been renovated to a very high standard. This spacious home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one downstairs), kitchen, living/dining room and additional sitting room with doors to the garden. It is at the end of a no-through lane a few minutes walk from the town. It has a secure back garden and free parking right outside the house. It’s a stones throw from Holt Country Park and a short drive from some amazing beaches on the North Norfolk Coast.

Pepperpot cottage

This delightful and newly renovated house is located in a quiet, but central location in the heart of the historic North Norfolk market town, Holt. Just a few seconds stroll from the busy Byfords restaurant cafe and situated in the centre of the town and its multitude of shops and local attractions, this is the perfect bolthole getaway.  There is private parking for one vehicle. The cottage offers a perfect living space for a families or a couple. Note: This is a non-smoking property.

The all wood lodges have been hand built by local craftsmen; the fixtures, fittings, and beds are made from a specific species of 'waney edged' wood. A fully fitted kitchen, mood lighting and a wood burning stove complete the cabin-in-the-woods romance of these gorgeous luxury hideaways.

The Potting Shed - a unique stay

This property is set deep in the stunning grounds of Bayfield Hall. This luxurious one bedroom cottage , hidden away from the world in a completely private magical woodland location next to the old kitchen garden. This has been imaginatively converted to provide spacious airy rooms. Facing due south the cottage is a wonderful sun trap. Including a wood burner for the colder months . There are 10 km permissive foot paths from your door.
