Welcome to our Scout Lane Cabin. Our beautiful home sits on 6 acres of land surrounded by woods. Roaring run which is considered a class A native trout stream flows right through the back yard. This property is within walking distance to the ICV hiking and biking trail. Just a short drive to both Hidden Valley and Seven Springs resorts and PA's largest state park, Ohiopyle. Our newly renovated home sleeps up to 10 people. Features include: hot tub, outdoor fire pit, pellet stove, outdoor grill, central air, and radiant heated floors in the addition. Welcome to your cabin in the mountains of the Laurel Highlands, where there is something for everyone to do. The cabin is 5 min from Hidden Valley and Kooser Park. It's tucked in a quiet valley (wooded creek out back!) but has central access. Enjoy a family BBQ on the secluded rear deck with fenced in backyard. We're also dog friendly! Hard to find a home closer to 7 Springs Mountain Resort than The Alpine! Only 1 mile from the gate. One of the best values on the mountain! Most rental properties around 7 Springs do “NOT” permit rental guests to use fireplaces. The Alpine DOES! It has a wood burning stove and we supply the wood! This beautiful mountain home is located on a private, wooded, quiet lot located across from the North entrance of 7 Springs. The 7 person Jacuzzi outdoor hot tub enjoys views of the slopes.
