Amenities at North Coast Village include patios and balconies overlooking the ocean, direct beach access, 24-hour security, a heated pool and jacuzzi, exercise gym room, recreation game rooms, putting greens, fitness center, and an outdoor BBQ grill area supplied with beach toys, beach chairs, beach umbrella, boggie boards, etc. The lush tropical grounds with its waterfalls and soothing koi ponds, make this community a serene place to vacation. Only 45 minutes to Disneyland, 30 minutes to Seaworld, and Legoland is only 10 minutes away, no pets & no smoking. This 3/bed 2/bath house features 1 California king bed and 2 queen beds. All 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans and include pull down blackout blinds. Enjoy a private backyard. Make yourself at home in 2 separate living rooms which each have a fireplace and chow down on your favorite meals in a fully stocked kitchen. We even have a sunroom that can double as an office.

Large 3 bedroom, 3 full bath, 3000 SF gated single family house with amazing mountain views located at the end of a private road on a 2+ acre lot in the hills in beautiful Fallbrook! We have comfortably hosted groups of up to 40 people. Very private. 2 of the 3 bedrooms have king beds. House was completely updated by the current owners in 2014. Recent updates include new sleeper sofas in 2021, new BBQ grill in 2022, Tesla Powerwall in 2023, new kitchen and patio table seats in 2024.
