Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. As you can tell by the name, we are kinda John Wayne fans! Our ranch is nestled on 330 acres. If want a quiet and peaceful stay with a scenic view, this is your little paradise Although we have our cabin sprayed for Texas bugs, there is always a chance one may slip in after our deep clean. Enjoy the serenity of this stylish King suite gently settled above the Paluxy River valley. Easy drive to Glen Rose, Granbury and Stephenville. Relax on your private patio and take in the peaceful view. Incredible Star gazing.Comfy King bed, cotton bedding, plenty of pillows, , great AC , ceiling fan. Full bath tub/shower with plenty of towels and bath rugs. The kitchenette has a mini fridge with freezer, a microwave , toaster, wine glasses, Keurig coffee with creamer, sugar etc and snacks.

Our longtime project is open and fully remodeled for your stay in one of the neatest towns in Texas. Walk to the Koffee Kup Restaurant, Wiseman House Chocolates, and Country Donuts. We are the only Airbnb with 220 outdoor outlets for your EV or RV! We have a fully stocked coffee bar showcasing Wiseman house blends to try before you buy! We are walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Early check-in and late check-out are complimentary, but are dependent on scheduled cleanings.

Beautifully remodeled 1907 cottage just a 2-minute walk to antique stores, boutiques, live music, and great small-town restaurants. 25-minute drive to Glen Rose, Fossil Rim & Dinosaur Valley State Park. 2 hours from Dallas! 2 hours from Austin! 1 hour from Waco! -Treasure hunt at the boutiques and antique shops. -Learn about Hico's notorious history at the Billy the Kid Museum. -Hang out and listen to live music in the beer garden at Hico Mercantile. So much to do in this small town.

Little Cabin in the Woods is nestled in on 19 acres of a slice of heaven. Get away and de-stress, look at the stars, sit on the deck and sip a beverage or head into town, Hamilton's historic square, with great shopping and restaurants just minutes away. Also, minutes away from Circle T Arena and Crossfire Grill. For more Hill Country adventures, we are centrally located to other quaint towns like Hico, Cranfills Gap and Dublin. But you may want to just enjoy the peace at Little Cabin.

The Lazey Dazey Cottage, Dating back to 1884

Step into a world of timeless elegance and cozy comfort in this historic 1884 cottage nestled in the heart of Hico. With its original hardwood floors and large backyard perfect for fireside evenings, this home exudes a sense of history and character. Just a 6-minute stroll from downtown! Inside, you'll find spacious rooms each featuring a king bed, a primary bedroom with a luxurious double-headed walk-in shower, a large dressing room, and a guest bathroom boasting an original clawfoot tub.

Don't worry, though, you don't have to travel far for dining or entertainment, as restaurants and shops are just a few miles away. If you'll be traveling with your horses, the property also has horse lots with loafing sheds and horse arenas - available at an additional cost. Please inquire about pricing and availability. Enjoy your stay in Stephenville at our peaceful and stylish studio apartment. Located on our property, you'll have access to our private backyard and all of its amenities including a workout space, koi pond, fireplace and grill. This newly built space (April 2023) is furnished with brand new appliances, a full kitchen, refurbished wood floors and high ceilings. Within walking distance of Tarleton State University, it is ideal for parents or alumni. We look forward to your stay!
