Acorn Oaks feels like its own little world in the forest. It’s one of the larger campsites here at Peaceful Hills Retreat as it has three picnic tables. You will see the gorgeous view into the valley as you camp on the level campsite near the firepit. choose this campsite if you want to disconnect from the world, and enjoy the peace and quiet of nature as cell signal is not available at this campsite. Simply take a little hike or drive to the top of the ridge and you’ll get signal.

#16 Doves Delight - shaded areas

This is not your typical state park campground, so be prepared to come to a remote location where you may feel like a wilderness explorer through uncharted territory. This site has a large area for parking. It would be easy for a truck towing a camper to pull up to the site and park along the road.
