The house was a great fit/layout for our family of four (teen kids), location was convenient, and easy to get to. It is on a main route, but we never felt that there was too much traffic, nor did it ever get loud enough to notice inside. We did have a little maintenance hiccup, but Ethan was very quick to respond and did everything he could to make it right. We would absolutely stay here again!

This was a great place for our large group's annual weekend football game to see the Hawkeyes. There is a lot of space, both inside and outside to spread out and enjoy the stay. Melissa was great to work with and responded to all of our questions and requests. I would highly recommend this home for a large group travelling to Iowa City.

This cute little 2 bedroom house was exactly what we were looking for so we could enjoy our stay in CR. It was easy to get to, in a quiet neighborhood, and had easy access to a lovely park with walking trails. The house was clean and neat, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Being proactive and forthcoming on what was being worked on (one minor issue that had no affect on us nor our stay) was a breath of fresh air. Also it was very clean and no bugs. The home was comfortable and well taken care of. You can tell a lot of thought and love was put into the home. Thank you very much. This was a needed mini vacation for us

This place was a beautiful older home. It had all the character and Abby had it decorated so beautifully! It was spotless and cozy. It's a great place to stay for people that want to browse Manchester to go shopping and the local restaurants. The stores and restaurants are just a short walkable distance. I highly recommend a stay there for a small home town visit.

My family and I really enjoyed Jim’s place. It was clean, in a great location, and suited our needs well while we visited family. The home was spacious and comfortable. We hope to be able to stay again when we come back!

First time in Cedar Falls. Great town. The house is close enough to walk to downtown and most places have outside seating so there’s plenty of places to bring your pup. Our dog loves it. Great yard for a dog!

Noah & Kari's place was clean, peaceful, and exactly as described. Location was perfect for visiting family in the area. We will definitely try to stay here again.

I would definitely stay here again if available. There were five adults and we had plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The house was very nice and matched description perfectly. Very close to water park and amusement park so really a great place to stay in the summer. Neighborhood was very quiet and, had weather been more cooperative, would have been a nice place for walking.

This was my first time visiting Iowa. The visit was on a sad occasion. Jamie's place was so beautiful and peaceful. So much so that my fiancee and are planning a happier occasion trip here solely because of Jamie's place. Great job don't change a thing.

We found a couple broken utensils and let him know, he was apprentice of us telling him so he could replace for future guests. He was very responsive and friendly. Always love dog friendly places so we can travel with our "kid!" Nick's place was spacious but cozy and we had a great time just hanging out as a family, playing games and celebrating the holidays over a long weekend!

This place was perfect for our family when we went to Dubuque for a wedding. It was spacious and comfortable for 3 adult couples and 2 kids.

Very beautiful home! It was very clean. They responded right away with any questions that I had. Absolutely love the area. It was so nice seeing the deer on the golf course. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This is the second year we have stayed at Riad’s place to attend an Iowa football game and we will be back! Super clean, great host and great location.

This met our needs for a family wedding. It was close to the venue, and there was room for our family. Karen was very accommodating. She was quick to answer any questions, and the space was super clean and spacious. We would not hesitate to use it again if we were in the area!!!!

We had a great stay. Everything was clean and ready to go! We all enjoyed that they had marked the type and firmness of the mattresses, it was nice because everyone could choose which one they wanted to fit their needs.
