"Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

The apartment, lovingly combining tradition and modernity will let you calm down and recharge your batteries instantly. A closeby cable car enables you to all kinds of mountain sports in summer and winter. Yet- even those, who just "stay and relax" will feel at home. WIFI, TV, BT-boxes, parking space are available free of charge; for the Sauna we take a small feey. Kitchen is well equipped .

Der Achensee, als größter See Tirols, ist 2 km entfernt, das Skigebiet ist fußläufig erreichbar, der Golfplatz liegt in 1 km Entfernung.

Almhütte Melkstatt

Urig und echt. Unser Tiroler Holzfällerhaus auf 1000 m Seehöhe ist ein sogenanntes Söllhaus aus dem 18. Jahrhundert, innen komplett renoviert und alle sanitären Anlagen inkl. Bodenheizungen in den Bädern neu installiert. Bushaltestelle u. mit Bus/Auto max. 3 min. zum direkten Einstieg zur Gondelbahn Skijuwel Alpbachtal/Wildschönau. Nachhaltiger sanfter Wintertourismus aber auch Ski-Action pur. Direkt von der Hütte die Tourenski anschnallen und die Gipfel in den Kitzbüheler Alpen erklimmen.

Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

Abends, dann wenn die Sonne sich hinter den Bergspitzen zur Ruhe bettet und der Mondschein sich breitet, lockern Sie Ihre Muskeln.

Direkt am Tauernradweg mit Ausblick auf die Bergstation der Areitbahn und die umliegende Natur, findet man hier die perfekte Auszeit. Eine frei stehende Badewanne und unsere Zirbenholz Sauna gehören sicher zu den Dingen welche man anderswo nicht so leicht findet.
