A light and tranquil ground floor flat. A 10-15 min walk to the city centre. Free street parking. Please see the map images on my listing for the proximity to York city centre. The flat is a great base for York. As soon as you get to the end of the adjoining Grosvenor Terrace you feel like you're in the city. Free, no permit street parking. No cleaning fee. The flat is quiet and clutter free. STRICTLY no smoking or burning of incandescent materials anywhere on the premises.

This gorgeous garden apartment on the lower ground floor of our Grade II listed house has been converted into a luxurious space which is suitable for leisure and business travellers who want a cosy and comfortable but upmarket guest experience. Located in York's only Victorian garden square, to the west of the city centre, it offers a peaceful oasis of calm but is within easy walking distance to the city centre and train station and a 10-minute walk to York Racecourse.

A self contained compact living space for one, situated on the edge of woodland. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay, including kitchen, wetroom, dressing area, covered outdoor seating and lots of storage. The dining/work area has power for laptops etc. Cosy sleeping nook with double Eve mattress for a good night's sleep. Hiking and cycling routes abound in the woodland behind the property.
