Charming backyard cottage set in the historic Sanger-Heights neighborhood just 7 minutes from Magnolia by car and blocks from Downtown. Off-street parking and a private entrance to your own fenced yard. A pathway leads to a private patio with an outdoor seating area. The cottage includes a Queen sized bed, TV with Netflix, bathroom, bathtub and shower. It is located on our property adjacent to our home, and we are available as much or as little as you desire. Serenity Place Close to Waco, Magnolia, & Baylor

This is a beautiful studio apartment located in the country with private entry & excellent views. The apartment is down the walkway on the left. We love being hosts and part of the Airbnb family! We are conveniently located about 15 minutes from Magnolia Silos and other points of interest such as the Zoo, Dr. Pepper Museum, Baylor etc. No pets without special permission from host, however there is a $25.00 pet fee because of the extra cleanup. We have a queen size bed &futon for guests.

Our space may be small but it has all of the amenities you would need for a relaxing stay. You will enjoy your own space in this studio like setup which includes a living area, bed area, kitchen, full bathroom, and even your own driveway for parking. We can’t wait to host your Waco stay!

Lovely, newly-updated, open space on the outskirts of Waco. Our home is about 1500 square ft and was completed in 2017. It is located just 7 minutes away from Magnolia and countless boutiques and restaurants. We also allow pets. We charge a $10/day fee per animal. You will have the whole space to yourself. This is our home when we are in Waco so please be mindful of any belongings that we keep in the house.
