With a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom you can enjoy your own private space away from the hustle and bustle of life. With a private garden to the rear there is ample space to while away an evening in nature. The property offers access to adjacent woodland, boasts off-road parking, security and tranquillity. The accommodation is perfect if you want to be centrally based in Tunbridge Wells for visiting friends and family. Whilst small and cosy, it is detached, fully self-contained and has the advantage of having a pretty and secluded, south facing, private courtyard for relaxing and alfresco eating. It is excellent accommodation if you are attending a wedding in the area e.g. at The Spa Hotel, Salomons, Warwick Hotel or The Beacon. Longer stays are welcome at discounted rates.

Our private annexe is nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac, just 3 miles from Chartwell and 4 miles from Sevenoaks. London Bridge is a convenient 30-minute train ride away. Enjoy high-speed WiFi, HDTV, and a well-equipped bathroom. Refreshments like coffee, tea as well as an assortment of snacks are provided for our guests. The High Street, local pub, and shops are within walking distance. Guests can park their car on-site for free. EV charging available at extra cost.

The house enjoys glorious views surrounded by open countryside and has a happy atmosphere. It looks onto fields, a lake and beyond these the north downs. There is easy and convenient parking, with many interesting places a short drive away: Hever Castle, Penshurst Place, Chartwell and Groombridge Place plus Lingfield Racecourse. The train service to London is under an hour to Victoria or London Bridge from Edenbridge or Lingfield train stations.

The house recently featured in Mr Bates v The Post Office, & the roundel was the actors green room.
