Originally built in 1937, Sook's Perch is just steps from Lake Arrowhead Village in a neighborhood that has been home to Clark Gable, Francis Ford Coppola and a favorite retreat for many more! In 2021 Sook's Perch was fully renovated top to bottom reviving this peaceful place for friends and family to enjoy nature and get away from it all. We hope you love it as much as we do!

Enjoy a cozy experience at this centrally-located remodeled cabin. Furnished with stylish decor and a beautiful backyard deck with hot tub make this the perfect getaway. On a route that is plowed during the winter months and just a short drive to Lake Gregory, hiking, large grocery store and restaurants. The home is a cozy 645 sq. feet and it is very functional.
