Boutique York City Centre Studio-Free Parking inc

This ground floor studio is located in a converted warehouse within the city walls. It was converted in 2018 so the interior is in great order and the exterior looks onto water views. With a 5 minute walk to the main historic area/main shopping area and a 2 minute walk to major supermarkets, the studio is well connected. Wifi included. Off site paid parking included at Morrisons, Foss Islands Road - 5 min walk away. Alternatively on-site parking available- see photo on my listing for charges

Superb Large York Apartment near Racecourse

Superb first floor apartment suitable for holidays and business trips (quoted price includes cleaning fees and FREE parking). Easy walk to York racecourse and 15-20 min walk to the train station and city centre. 5 mins by taxi or bus, you can catch the bus almost outside the property serving York city centre and surrounding areas. There is a Co-op and Post Office a short walk away or there is a Tesco Extra (open 24 hours except Sunday) a short drive away. Ideal for solo travellers or couples.

A Free and Private allocated parking space is included within the mews and the apartment is easily accessible by car from the A64 or by foot from the train station. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space for a perfect city break. A beautiful garden flat located ten minute walk from York city centre. Our boutique style basement flat is located in Fulford and a ten minute walk to York Barbican and Cliffords Tower. Local cafes such as Kawa House serve delicious all day breakfast and smoothies and Hallo Mallow cafe and the River Ouse is 5 minutes from our flat. Free parking. Easy access to the race course.

Beautiful apartment, adjacent to Yorks train station car park and a 5 minute walk to the City Walls / centre. This is a brand new gated development with a private allocated parking space. The apartment has lift access, is fully furnished to a high spec. & it has a Juliette balcony. Sleeps up to 4 (King size bed + smaller double sofa bed). We also have 2 other Airbnb properties (do take a look) and over 1000 great reviews!!!
