we have a private parking right in front of your window and also the shelter is accessible across the parking it's not inside the apartment but it's few steps away in the basement. the shoulder has a bathroom in the shower inside. it's not big but enough. we usually just go to the basement and stay there on -1 and have a TV or coffee there.
