Cosy private self contained annex attached to home is perfect for business or pleasure. The whole place is yours; kitchen, lounge, bathroom, bedroom and patio area. 1 Parking space provided. Shared porch. Not suitable for children. Only two guests allowed. The property is driving distance to the industrial area, to town, bars & restaurants or a short walk/drive to main railway lines to London. Situated just a 5 minute walk to the train station with direct lines to Cambridge & London Kings Cross, and a mere 10 minute walk to Royston’s historic town centre and supermarkets. Spacious 2 Bed Elstree Borehamwood Hertfordshire

My flat has now been totally refurbished in 2022. This is my personal flat and I live with my partner when Air Bnb guests wish to stay. The flat will be sanitised before a guest arrives. Longer term lets and will reduced the price by 20% for stays of 30 days plus. Minimum stay is 5 days under most circumstances but contact me if you want shorter.
