Eine Selbstversorgerküche und ein separates Bad befinden sich im Nebengebäude, eigene Nutzung (nicht im Wohnhaus der Familie). Wir (Gesa und Christoph mit unseren beiden Kindern) wohnen im Haus auf demselben Grundstück.

Die Ferienwohnung ist hell und gemütlich mit Blick ins Grüne. In ca. 9 Gehminuten ist der Bahnhof, ein kleiner Supermarkt mit Bäcker, Dampfersteg und unser Strandbad mit Seepavillon (Essen&Trinken) am Ammersee zu erreichen. Wander & Radwege starten direkt vor der Haustüre. 2 Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe im Ort.

Die Wohnung liegt am nördl. Teil des engl. Gartens. Zur U-Bahn sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. In nur 7 min Fahrzeit ist man direkt in Schwabing und in nur 13 min am Marienplatz Zur Allianzarena sind es 2 Stationen. Das Messegelände MOC zu Fuß erreichbar.
