The Little House

The Little House is a super-warm and cosy self-contained detached private space. Open-plan, kitchenette, comfy double bed, reclining sofa, digital TV and WiFi, with private ensuite bathroom. The Little House is very quiet and secluded, with its own private access from the road. It is perfect for relaxing or working without distractions. Central to a small estate of gardens, lawns, meadows and woods, the biggest distraction will be birdsong and squirrels jumping across the pea shingle!

Nestled between the A13 and A127. 'The Annex' is the perfect setting for special occasions, birthdays, families, contractors, hens, stags, holidays, treat yourself time. Take time to relax in the bubbly hot tub. It's important to look at 'other details to note' for rules on events and celebrations.

GWP - Rectory North

2000 sq foot semi detached (north wing) 100 year old recotry on a private estate. And yes that’s a woodburner you can see in the photo and yes you can use it :-))) The gorgeous pool is shared with two other properties and you can use it any time between 10-6pm daily. A 360 video tour in 2d and 3d is available. Go to photos and in the living room section you will see an excel spreadsheet. Type the relevant link into your browser. Farmers cottage

Our eco friendly freshly repainted cottage sits at the front of our family run farm. We have adopted a green approach to living with photovoltaic electric and ground source heat pump underfloor heating. This self contained one bedroom bungalow has its own front door entrance and is a huge comfortable space to relax, rest and recuperate for a short break away or after work. It is available to book for one day or more and we offer a discount for monthly bookings.
