Dough Cottage, a stylish stay in Whitstable

Welcome to Dough Cottage, Whitstable. We offer a personal touch; a homely and comfortable space, where you can cook in our modern, fully stocked kitchen, then dine indoors, or venture out to the sunny, enclosed garden. Make use of the charcoal barbecue and comfy sun-trap seating area. In the evening, stay cosy around the smart TV with Netflix, and library of DVDs or listen to music, play board games and have a leisurely look through the varied books and magazines. We welcome well behaved dogs.

Welcome Salt Yard Cottage No. 1 in Whitstable A newly built, comfortable and cosy place a stone's throw from the beach and a minutes walk away from all the restaurants, pubs and boutique shops in a delightful small, new, courtyard style development. The cottage features everything you will need for a relaxing stay amongst the bustle of Whitstable's high street, harbour and beach. Waverley Cottage is in the heart of Whitstable's Conservation Area just a stone's throw from the harbour, beach and bustling High Street. There are 2 bright and airy bedrooms and a sofa bed downstairs. It is a perfect base for couples, family and friends to enjoy all that Whitstable has to offer. Waverley Cottage is opposite a friendly, historic pub that sometimes has live music and tables outside, so may disturb children at night. PLEASE NOTE there is free street parking but no driveway.

Surrounded by fields and orchards, our self contained, detached annexe makes an ideal retreat for a break in the countryside. The property overlooks the paddock where the goats and horses graze. A short drive to the nearby seaside towns of Whitstable and Herne Bay, historical Canterbury and the glorious beaches of East Kent, it is the perfect base to explore the area. A suitable space for families, couples and groups of friends and a great location for walkers, cyclists and sightseers.

Just 6 minutes from Canterbury city centre and 10 minutes from Whitstable seafront, Daweswood cottage is a flagship country retreat designed with you in mind. Does drifting to sleep whilst reading a book in the garden room hammock sound like perfection? How about Prosecco in the hot tub, or playing board games late into the early hours next to a wood burning fire in the cosy snug? Go fishing on the huge lake, feed the mandarin ducks on the pond, or even try metal detecting!

Beautifully restored 3 bedroom cottage on quaint, quiet street moments from the high street's bars, restaurants and quirky shops; and just 2 minutes from the sea! Light and airy open planned living and dining space with access to landscaped garden. Modern design with contemporary art and travel books to enjoy. We recently fitted a brand new kitchen which is fully equipped for proper cooking and dining. The house has recently been re-decorated and painted.

With its perfectly central location, you are within a few minutes stroll from all the cafes, award-winning restaurants and shops Canterbury has to offer, all whilst being tucked down a quaint side street by the river. Enjoy the views of the Cathedral as you step out the door, plan a trip to The Marlowe Theatre or go punting along the River Stour, all of which are on the doorstep.
