This district of Budapest is a unique neighborhood, and the property is located close to iconic places like Andrássy Avenue, the Opera, and the Institute of Balett. The city's famous ruin bars are also right on the next street. Day parking garage is available in the next building for daily fee. There is a gym very close to our house just one streets away (within 100meter). It is called Tempelfit and they offer good daily rates (HUF 2000) and very favourable 8 occasion rate (HUF 9000). They offer large Finnish and infra sauna, free Wifi, unlimited sugar-free soft drinks as well. If you are living an active life, you definitely have to check out this place.

Kiváló lehetőség az aktív pihenésre, mert a horgászok és biciklis útvonalak szomszédságában található, de 10 km-re a ráckevei termálfürdőtől és két parkerdőtől egyenlő távolságra, a Tököli parkerdő és az Ócsai tájvédelmi körzet központjában. A Szigetszentmiklósi Úszóláp tanösvény található.

A ház környéke biztonságos, parkolódíj-mentes övezet. A kórház 6 perc gyalogosan, ugyanakkor a belváros is jól megközelithető gyalog, kényelmesen 15 perc. It gives me great pleasure to welcome visitors from abroad and guiding them during their stay in this beautiful city. I tolk well English, and I work as tourist quide.
