The main hall is now a comfortable living, dining and kitchen area with plenty of natural light – ideal for a gathering of friends and family or a quiet space for relaxation, with a pleasant seating area to the rear of the Hall for al fresco dining.

An oasis of calm and relaxation in stunning surroundings with truly wonderful views from all aspects. A perfect hideaway to recharge batteries. Wake up to the birds singing, and go to sleep with the owls calling. The cottage has grown from a love of design and wood - it is hand crafted by a Master Craftsman. Each nook and cranny reveals another handcrafted detail. It sits within beautiful gardens, with an abundance of wildlife for all to enjoy. Enjoy meandering through our ancient woodland.

Annexe to our 16th century rural home come here to; relax, pamper and replenish yourselves - afterall you deserve it ! We're found down a bumpy farm track, with views over fields & cider orchards. Or pamper yourself with exclusive beauty treatments in the private treatment room just off your luxury spa bathroom. Or chill on comfy seating / sun loungers in the 'Italian style' south facing courtyard or relax in the private wood-fired hot tub (bespoke optional chargeable extras avail).

The Game Larders

Wythall is a half-timbered manor house in a secluded and idyllic setting with garden, fresh water lake, wooded grounds and vineyards. You will enjoy peace and quiet here and see an abundance of wildlife. Wine tastings and vineyard tours are also available via appointment. The Game Larders is completely self contained and situated in the west wing of the manor house. It is well equipped and furnished, with access to ample parking space and central heating throughout. Pets are welcome.

Abode - Annexe in Peterstow

'Abode' at Wellsbrook Barn - A peaceful and relaxing one bedroom, dog friendly, private annexe near to the market town of Ross-on-Wye with parking and a gate for dog security. We are surrounded by lovely walks and lots to discover including the Wye Valley, Forest of Dean, Hay-on-Wye, Symonds Yat and many other beautiful places. Paddle boarding, cycling and canoeing are within easy reach. Close by is the village pub, The Yew Tree, with its very own cider shop just next door.

Outfield - Country get away

Outfield is situated in the pretty village of Eardisley, close to the famous Hay-on-wye town of books, market town of Kington and 15 miles away from Hereford. Outfield is a modern house built in 2014 offering panoramic country views, stone flooring, under floor heating and french doors opening out onto patio area. Perfect spot for cycling, walking and outdoor activities , all close by. Hen/stag parties, young groups not accepted.

A two bedroom semi-detached house backing onto the gorgeous Wye Valley. The property is newly built and finished to an excellent standard throughout, the house has the added benefit of off-street parking for two cars, underfloor heating, river views, two double bedrooms, a private rear garden and walking distance from the two village pubs. The house is ideally placed on Church Street, with views of the church and open countryside at the rear, yet is only a short walk from the centre of town. The path leading down to the River Wye is close by. The house has its own private garden. Meet and Greet or self check in with key safe. Guests can choose which option best suits their needs.
