Welcome to 'The Studio!' our lovely little studio apartment/tiny house! This newly converted stunning little annexe has been designed with heart and soul, initially used to accommodate doctors from the hospital during the lockdown. We have now decided to update it and welcome lovely visitors travelling to Hereford. It has a stylish, spacious yet cosy living area, a separate kitchen and shower room, and private off-road gated parking. We are a 10 minute walk from the city Centre & Train Station.

Characterful apartment in prime central location, just steps from Hereford Cathedral. Only 2-minutes walk from Church Street, known for its independent shops, cafés and delis. Peaceful and quiet setting in the heart of the city, making it a perfect base for exploring Hereford and the surrounding areas. A large supermarket is just 5 minutes away on foot. Riverside walks and scenic field paths are also close by. A true home from home, fully equipped, ideal for professionals, couples, or friends.

This newly renovated property has an open plan kitchen and living room area complete with cooker, sink, fridge, breakfast bar with bar stools, sofa and TV. Full of beautiful and quirky design details, this little house is a joy to be in. Up the gold painted stairs is a bedroom with double bed, desk, hooks and hangers and a bathroom with bath and over-bath shower.

Despite the rural location, the historic city of Hereford is only 5 miles away, with Ledbury, Hay-on-Wye, Ludlow, and the rolling Brecon Beacons & Malvern Hills nearby.

Hereford Cathedral is also only a 10 minute walk. If you're looking for a picturesque place to take a stroll, The River Wye can be reached in 8 minutes walking. Halo Leisure is 15 minutes away on foot which has a gym, 3 swimming pools and a large children's park outside. Free permit parking is available.

Within easy reach of Hereford city centre and close to many other popular places ie Hay-on-Wye, the Black Mountains, the Golden Valley, the Showgrounds of the Three Counties and the Royal Welsh to name but a few! This open plan bed/sitting/kitchen space gives the feeling of calm and relaxation. A separate shower/toilet room also. This is situated on a working farm.

The Annexe: Comfortable separate studio apartment

Clean and tidy, completely separate studio apartment (1 king sized bed + optional floor mattress). Parking available for one car on secure, gated, private driveway. The Annexe prioritises your security with secure doors, windows, and comprehensive CCTV surveillance covering the residence, gardens, and parking areas. Hereford City Centre is within easy walking distance as are the Lugg Meadows with lovely country walks.

1 Bedroom Character House

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. There is parking on street with permit, you need this displayed in your vehicle at all times. This will be left in the key safe along side the key to access the front door. Please note the property is an old character property and has steep stairs. These wouldn’t be suitable for any one with mobility issues, thank you

Quiet, luxury flat for 2 .

A large flat within a lovely, quiet Edwardian house with outstanding views of Hereford Cathedral and the Welsh Mountains. A great place to explore from or just to relax. On a summer evening enjoy a drink on the balcony and in the winter curl up by the woodburner. The flat is not ideal for very late nights out and isn’t safe for children or pets. Tea, coffee and basic breakfast items are provided.

Garden Lodge, Close to city centre, and River Wye

A lovely light airy garage conversion completed in summer 2017. Ensuite shower room. Free parking, easy walking into city centre. River Wye walks very close and public swimming pool and gym across the road. Electrical car charger half a minute away. Kettle and toaster and an under counter larder fridge in place. Use of the garden in fine weather. Host lives on site.
