Είναι ακριβώς απέναντι από σουπερμάρκετ, δίπλα σε φαρμακείο, εστιατόριο, καφέ και φούρνους. Υπάρχει μία μικρή ηλεκτρική εστία και φούρνος μικροκυμάτων, δεν διαθέτει κουζίνα για μαγείρεμα. Πρόκειται για μονόχωρη γκαρσονιέρα 19τμ στο κέντρο του Ηρακλείου, δίπλα στα Λιοντάρια.Εχει WC με ντουζιέρα, κουζίνα με σκεύη ,ψυγειάκι, ημίδιπλο κρεβάτι , ,γραφείο, τραπέζι, καρέκλες ,ντουλάπα ,μπαλκόνι.Βρίσκεται στον 2ο όροφο και δεν έχει θέα.Το κατάλυμμα βρίσκεται δίπλα σε στάση λεωφορείων.Επίσης η κεντρίκη αγορά ειναι 1' λεπτο με τα ποδια οπως και πολλα αξιοθέατα οπως μουσεία πλατείες εκκλησίες.
