Overlooking the breathtaking fells & situated in a small Hamlet between two towns, Marni's Cottage offers a calm space perfectly positioned for stunning walks immediately out through the front door or to be used as a base to deeper explore the Lake District, an area of outstanding beauty. To the rear of the cottage is the iconic 140 mile C2C cycle path, which can be walked & leads into the coastal town of Whitehaven. Ennerdale with its beautiful remote & deep glacial lake, is only 5 miles away.

Catbells is a lovely, modern, detached bungalow in a quiet area in St Bees with a garage, a glass walled terrace overlooking the golf course, sea & village and use of a large games room with table tennis & darts. It has a suntrap back garden and is only 10 minutes walk to the beach. It's ideal for a relaxing holiday. Located on Whitehaven‘s main Street 250 metres from the historic Harbour and modern Marina. Stairs lead from the Main entrance at street level to the spacious self-contained, first-floor flat. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and pubs in the locality and part of the coastal path. Local seaside beaches are StBees, Seascale, Ravenglass (with its miniature railway) - all accessible by train or road. Ennerdale, Eskdale and Wasdale are close by; providing lots of areas to walk and explore.

The apartment has it's own ground floor entrance which has access to a small gymnasium, guests can use this gymnasium by simple request just to ensure your own privacy. Upstairs is the bedroom including desk area and ensuite bathroom, across the hall is your private living room with large table, TV, microwave, kettle and refrigerator. Would suit working professional or someone exploring the lake district.

It has a dog friendly beach, is great for fishing, has lots of wildlife and has the most stunning sunsets. In winter, enjoy cosy evenings with the fire lit. An ideal base for exploring the Western Lake District and Cumbrian Coast. It is surrounded by scenic walks and activities. It is close to St Bees coast to coast walk too. The house is set in the village of Sandwith, within walking distance of a traditional pub 'The Dog and Partridge' serving food and drinks.
