We are offering our guest apartment to you to enjoy during your stay. With a private entrance you can come and go from your one bedroom one bath suite as you’d like. Everything is extremely clean. Conveniently located and tucked in the woods, we are 1 mile to I-35, 5 mins to the turnpike, 10 mins to downtown Edmond, 20 mins to downtown OKC & Bricktown and 15 mins to 2 malls. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. A fenced in backyard and playground make stays with pets or children easy.

Enjoy a piece of history while staying in the Old Station guest cottage. Comfy & cozy for two guests, or ideal for a personal retreat, "Sparrow Cottage" includes its own private patio with gas grill as well as a separate fenced sitting area outside with fire pit. Inside is a queen-size bed, a kitchenette (with sink, microwave, and mini-fridge), and a good-size bathroom with walk-in shower. Feel free to walk the grounds and imagine what the Old Station was like in the 1930s, 40s, and 50s.

Come and relax on a 40 acre farm in Arcadia, OK! The beautiful two story wood barn features a newly built out 2,000 sq.ft. apartment with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. This includes a full kitchen, 85 inch TV with surround sound, two loft bedrooms with three beds each, a Weber Grill, & plenty of relaxing space. The property includes hiking trails, kayaks, multiple animals, and Kenny the Clydesdale! Please no parties, we live on site and enjoy the quiet relaxing farm too.

Located downtown, this renovated building offers a unique space close to all the things that make up Enid. Nightlife, restaurants, David Allen Ballpark and the Stride Center are all nearby and walkable. Built in 1927, This two story building is rumored to have been a one stop shop back in its glory days. With poker and liquor on the ground level and a brothel upstairs, this place has always been hopping! While it’s much more tame today, we still think you’ll have a Grand Ole Time!

As you pull into the driveway of our little farm, you won’t believe you’re only 20 minutes from downtown Oklahoma City and less than 10 minutes from Edmond. You may encounter deer, turkeys, road runners and much more. Enjoy the lonesome howl of distant coyotes in the evening as you step outside this old waycar. The cottage has a view of our vineyard and windmill from the cottage porch and is next to our private estate winery. Enjoy the pond and the fountain from sitting on the deck of the pond. The cottage has its own grill if you choose to cook out. Guest may stroll through the vineyard or watch a sunset from the dock at the pond. We have fish food to feed the fish.
