Walkable to everywhere in town! If you want to venture out further, a bike rental shop is just a few doors away! Enjoy a bike ride through town or to Dewey Beach. If you are looking for a scenic ride, enjoy the bike trails to Cape Henlopen State Park and Lewes.

We’ve thoughtfully designed and renovated this charming bohemian retreat to make your stay fun and relaxed. The location cannot be beat—just a couple blocks to the restaurants and shops on Rehoboth Ave, and a short 0.7-mile walk or bike to the beach. The home was curated with all your needs in mind, including new appliances, beach and bath towels, linens, LG OLED TV, record player with vintage and new vinyl, bikes and skateboards, and beautiful artwork. We would love to share our home with you!

Welcome to the most coveted neighborhood in Rehoboth Beach, DE. Just a few blocks from Rehoboth Avenue and the boardwalk, this property is 1 1/2 blocks from beach, tennis and pickleball. The house is nestled amongst the tall pines and oaks, which offer the serenity of a safe and quite neighborhood ideal for walking, jogging and biking. The Bridle Path, Rehoboth Art League and infamous Cape Henlopen, Gordon's Pond and Lewes bike trail are just a few of the attractions within walking distance.

The beach is a 20 minute walk, 10 minute bike ride, or 5 minute drive Community pool on site provides an extra place to relax and cool down.

The Artist’s Barn Studio

Welcome to charming Rehoboth Beach where you can shop, dine and enjoy the seashore. The apartment is directly on the bike trail which we highly recommend you explore using the 4 provided bikes! It is above my fine art studio (Laura Killpack) and walking/biking distance to town. The spacious studio apartment has two queen beds, one full bathroom and outdoor shower. Newly renovated with thoughtful artistic touches and high quality comfort. We strive to make our guest experiences exceptional!
