First floor is open floor plan with kitchen, living area, TV/sitting area with two sliders leading to furnished screen porch. Floors are mainly stone & hardwood, except two bedrooms. Rehoboth Beach single family home in town.

The property is close to Rehoboth Avenue, walking distance to Boardwalk and everything in town. My place is good for families and big groups. There are four BR with multiple beds/bunk beds, 3 baths, outside shower, washer/dryer, screened in porch, deck, back yard, patio with grill and fire pit. I also have a pack and play for infants/small children. There are two free parking spots, and there is ample street parking (passes required Memorial Day to Labor Day). WiFi and smart TV , no cable.

An additional Rental Agreement is required to rent this home. It is delivered by email following booking, signed and returned to host by email. The agreement may be reviewed before booking, by request.
