벽난로가 있는 Hem 휴가지 숙소

Heel mooi en netjes huisje op een fijne, rustige plek. De kinderen waren blij met het speelgoed en de hottub was een plus. De kamers waren heel schoon en comfortabel. Enige wat iets beter kon was de waterkoker (beetje oud en veel kalk). En de handdoeken werden niet bijgeleverd. Dat was keurig vermeld van te voren maar hadden we even gemist.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Das Haus ist wirklich sehr gut für mehrere Personen geeignet ob Familie oder mit Freunden. Die Küche bietet viel Platz um gemeinsam zu kochen und zu essen. Das Wohnzimmer ist auch sehr groß um gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen. Dennoch hat man genug Platz und Räumlichkeiten um sich zurück zu ziehen . Alles ist so wie auf den Bildern modern, groß und gemütlich. Die Lage ist hervorragend! Direkt in der Stadt um sich viel von Ypern anzuschauen. Ein toller und großer Park ist auch direkt am Haus. Alles super Fußläufig erreichbar. Der Kontakt mit Thomas war super, schnell, freundlich und immer klar. Liebe Grüße, Christina mit Familie

Très bon séjour dans la maison flamande. Maison spacieuse, propre, bien équipée. Ils pensent à tout et sont très disponibles en cas de besoin. À l’occasion nous reviendrons les yeux fermés !!!

Le logement est tout simplement exceptionnel ! Chaque détail semble avoir été soigneusement pensé pour offrir confort et praticité. L’aménagement est idéal, mettant en valeur chaque espace de manière élégante et accueillante. L’ambiance qui s’y dégage est chaleureuse et apaisante, un vrai cocon où il fait bon vivre. Que ce soit pour se reposer après une journée bien remplie ou pour partager des moments conviviaux, ce logement semble parfait en tous points. Adeline et Romain sont d'excellents hôtes et d'une grande gentillesse!

We had a very nice weekend at Cyril's house. It' just as pictured in the photos and we felt welcome right away. Thanks again for the tasty brioche. Everything was sneaky clean and it comfy. It was great to have a spacious place with a nice living room and small garden to hang out after walking through Lille and before hitting the nightlife. Happy to come back if possible next time I visit Lille.

We voelden ons vanaf de eerste minuut thuis. Mogelijk ook door de vele opbergruimte. Daardoor slingerde er geen zak of valies in het rond. Maar zeker ook doordat de plek proper en sfeervol ingericht is, en de keuken voorzien is van 'al' het nodige. We genoten van de bloesems die het huis omringen. In de badkamer voelden we ons in de kruin van de boom. Ook de kachel was zalig! We gebruikten het huisje als uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Lille en Villa Cavrois. Een aanrader: bakkerij 'August & Fernand'.

Asunto sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla katutasossa mutta on yllättävän rauhallinen. Asunnosta löytyy kaikki mukavuudet ja muutenkin nautimme majapaikasta. Kaikki toimi mainiosti. Corinne tuli meitä vastaa sisäänkirjautumisen aikaan ja oli mukava tutustua häneen. Tänne tulisin toistekin silloin kun olen Lillesssä.

Hôte très sympa, communication fluide et réactive, toutes les instructions étaient très claire, un plaisir ! L'appartement a du charme, ce n'est pas un de ces airbnb d'investisseurs meublé avec 3 couverts ikea, il est parfaitement placé, c'est impossible de faire plus central. Bref parfait pour une escapade Lilloise !

Very nice place. My kids loved the open garden space. A short drive to the centre of Lille. The hosts were very accommodating and I do recommend highly!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, le logement était conforme à la description, très lumineux, facile d’accès ce qui nous a permis de nous rendre où nous voulions à pieds. Les instructions étaient claires. Max a également été très réactif pour nos demandes. Je recommande.

Tous les superlatifs sont nécessaires pour qualifier la gentillesse et la bienveillance de notre couple hôte que sont Emmanuelle et Kristof Superbe studio , bel agencement et parfaitement propre N’hésitez jamais une seconde et réservez pour un séjour réussi chez Emmanuelle et Kristoff

Excellent séjour! Lieu conforme à la description. Espace très bien aménagé dans un lieu calme et apaisant. Mention spéciale à Loïc pour sa gentillesse.

Très bon séjour dans cette superbe maison ! Fidèle aux photos, cette maison est parfaite pour passer un moment en famille au calme en profitant de la piscine et des environs.

In één woord: WAW! Carmen en Francis hebben een verborgen pareltje gemaakt van hun familiehuis in het hartje van Ieper. Het huis is modern en kraaknet. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig. We verbleven hier tijdens enkele warme dagen in mei. Ideaal om buiten te genieten van de BBQ. Qua ligging ook idaal. Het ligt vlakbij de Grote Markt van Ieper. Carmen was steeds bereikbaar en was flexibel om onze inchecktijd te wijzigen. We werden hartelijk verwelkomd door Carmen en Francis en kregen het ontroerende verhaal van overgrootvader Ernest te horen. We volgden ook de aanbevelingen om brood bij 't Belfort te halen en vlees bij slagerij Jurgen. In de buurt is er ook veel te beleven. Wij gingen wandelen, huurden fietsen, boekten een boltra-spel, aanschouwden 'The Last Post', ... kortom dit weekend was fantastisch! Wij komen zeker nog eens terug! We were a group of young adults and more senior adults. The house , garden and pool were fantastic for all the group. Loads of space and seating so you could easily find a quiet spot, especially in the garden. The chickens were very friendly and even Guizmo the cat seemed to get friendlier as the week went on. House was very clean when we arrived and very accessible for my wife who has limited mobility. Easy access to the patio, pool and garden was a big bonus. The surrounding area is very flat and good for cycle rides especially along the canal to Tournai which is a lovely small town. The beach at Den Haan is within an hour and well worth a visit with a huge beach, friendly sea and lots of cafes and bars. Ypres is also well worth a visit with the In Flanders Field museum a must for anyone who wants to know more about WW1. The war cemeteries were also very interesting and moving. We had a couple of early minor problems but Jocelyn responded very quickly. I would recommend for families.

SUPER SUPER SUPER HOST & HOME. Sabine and Yves were absolutely incredible as was there stunning home, there is literally NOTHING you need apart from yourselves and your food, there is every possible convenience you need, every room was wonderful, spotlessly clean and sooooo homely. The outside area was fabulous with a huge dining table and pull across canopy to keep you shaded if needed while your having your Alfresco time, reclining chairs and table and chairs , and the views were perfect all in a secluded location. If I had to pick my prefect home this would be it, this is not a 5 star home, this is a 10 star home..********** Thank you both again so much, it was a pleasure to meet you, and I will always remember you.. xx

Prévenants et pro actifs, Philippe et Nadège ont pris des nouvelles afin que la maison soit accessible le plus tôt possible. Une veranda, une terrasse, une grande cuisine tout équipée, des jeux , des chambres propres et accueillantes, un jardin soigné... Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre petit week-end et nous y retournerons avec plaisir. Un cadre paisible et verdoyant, une maison saine : tout pour un repos salvateur.

Grande maison agréable et lumineuse. Equipements et descriptifs correspondaient à l'annonce. Françoise a été très accueillante et présente en cas de questions.

Très bon séjour de passé en famille, Nous reviendrons très vite pour y passé un peu plus de temp , car nous avions prévu des activités a l'extérieur alors que si nous serions rester à l'intérieur nous aurions eu de l'occupation. On le sera pour la prochaine fois .. Les lits très propre, l'environnement dépaysant. Nous n'étions pas contre quelque jours de plus . A bientôt Stessie , Joshua et Mïa ❤️
