Dornoch Holiday Home near Royal Dornoch Golf

Make your break simple in my calm, 2015 built, well insulated, warm holiday home, all on one level. A 5 minute walk into Dornoch with its stylish Scottish stone buildings, Cathedral, pubs, restaurants, cafes & gorgeous independent shops. Its one mile from the stunning beach and famous Royal Dornoch golf course. The house is our personal respite holiday home away from our Scottish Highlands rewilding croft 15 miles away. Dornoch has a special seaside micro climate and is always warmer than Muie!

Charming & secluded cottage overlooking Loch Park

Nestled at the head of Loch Park, Loch End Cottage is a beautiful cottage in a breathtaking location. It’s entirely off grid, allowing you to relax and unwind in a tranquil setting. The cottage sleeps two, in a cosy king-sized bed, with direct access to a shower room. Downstairs, there is an open plan sitting, kitchen and dining room with log stove and views to the loch. Dufftown is 3 miles, Keith is 8 miles and the village of Drummuir is 2.5 miles Wifi service is limited due to location

"Rowan" stunning 2 bed house with sea views

Wonderfully presented 2 bedroom detached house situated just outside the town of Wick in the village of Staxigoe. Ample private parking for several cars and an integral garage for safe storage of motorbikes , bikes etc. House is spread over 2 floors with an open planned living area and bathroom on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms and a shower room upstairs. Stunning un-interrupted sea views over the Pentland Firth. Ideal base for exploring the North Coast. All bed linens and towels provided.

Garden Cottage with hot tub, castle & sea views

This charming cottage is completely unique having the old Redcastle ruin as a back drop and views of the Beauly Firth directly in front. There is an idyllic stream going through the garden and we have recently planted a wild flower meadow at the end of the garden. It has been beautifully refurbished in 2023 and we feel incredibly proud of the results. The cottage is located in the sleepy hamlet of Milton of Redcastle and really is an idyllic and very comfortable place to come and unwind.

Our spacious traditional 2 storey Caithness Hoosie can comfortably accommodate 6 looking to holiday in the most Northernly town on mainland Scotland. Centred in the heart of Thurso, mins away by foot from everything: Town centre - 1min, Playpark - 1min, Beach - 3mins, A9 - 3mins, River walk - 5mins, Train station - 10mins. While only 45mins drive from all Caithness has to offer. Ideal for NC500 + Orkney trips. Ample free parking + locked garage to store Motorbikes, Bicycles + Surfboards.

We have a fabulous newly decorated cottage available in the centre of Thurso. A stunning cottage with lots of character and ready for your staycation needs! Large bedrooms with great size living space to chill in the evenings or even cook a family meal in our quirky kitchen! Rose Cottage is a spacious, modernised 2 bedroom cottage situated in a peaceful courtyard close to the river Ness and the city centre. Recently fully renovated it is bright with a contemporary style and some unique original features like stone mantled fireplaces. It is just five minutes walk to cafes, restaurants, shops, art galleries, museums and the theatre. Inverness is a small city with canal and river walks and is a great base for exploring the beautiful Scottish Highlands.

Historic old schoolhouse with spectacular views of the Kyle of Sutherland. Full of character and charm with a huge kitchen/family room, enchanting Library and glorious south-facing sunroom. Ideally located for exploring the northern Highlands - just 25 minutes from the beaches and golf at Dornoch, yet only a hour’s drive from the rugged West Coast. The Old Schoolhouse is the perfect base for fishing, hill-walking, mountain biking … or simply to relax and get away from it all!

Cheerful unique 2bedroom cottage with free parking

Number 7 is a stylish cottage in the sought after west end of Elgin. It is just a short walk from the city’s vibrant array of cafes, bars, restaurants and the home of Gordon&MacPhail for the whisky lovers. Recently refurbished with traditional features, including the original cast iron roll top bath for which we highly recommended a relaxing dip with lots of bubbles. This is the perfect base for exploring the beautiful Moray Coast, Aberdeenshire and the Highlands.

Ardullie Farmhouse, Foulis Estate, Scotland.

Ardullie Farmhouse is situated on Foulis Estate 2min from Foulis Castle close to Evanton which is near the ancient burgh of Dingwall. Ardullie Farmhouse is a completely private sanctuary within a mature garden, no neighbours to be heard of and is situated looking over the Cromarty Firth. You’ll love this place because of the privacy of having your own country retreat within beautifully landscaped gardens. My place is great for groups of friends & family.
