The residential neighborhood is one block from Christmas Circle and the restaurants and shops along Palm Canyon Rd, and is proximate to the new library and other services. You may see “Roady” the resident Roadrunner, a huge brown owl, or if you are a bird enthusiast, many unusual species stop by for an occasional drink at the watering hole. Quiet grounds.
