Wir liegen in idyllischer Lage bei Bietigheim-Bissingen. Direkt zwischen der Ruine Untermberg und der Enz-Aue nahe dem Erholungszentrum Naturpark: Stromberg-Heuchelberg. Vom flanieren in der historischen Altstadt bis hin zu Naturgenuss… Durch ein Home-Office Bereich mit einer 100Mbit-Leitung, sollte Remote Office kein Problem darstellen. Für die körperliche Fitness verfügen wir über einen Trainigsturm von Kettler. Und eine wohlgeformte Badewanne, die nach getaner Arbeit zum entspannen einlädt;)

Lage: Direkt unterhalb vom Schloss Solitude gelegen, direkt am Wald, Spielplatz, Bauernhof und U-Bahn (U6) Haltestelle (ca. 5 Min. zu Fuß). In ca. 25 Min. sind Sie mit der U-Bahn in Stuttgart am Hauptbahnhof / Schlossplatz. Gut ohne Auto erreichbar. Bitte mind. 24h vor Anreise die ungefähre Ankunftszeit mitteilen. Ansonsten ist ein flexibler CheckIn nicht gewährleistet.

Die Wohnung befindet sich nahe Ortsrandlage in einer ruhigen Gegend in Kaisersbach. Sommers bietet die Wohnung einen kühlen Rückzugsort, jedoch im Winter ein mollig warmes Plätzchen vor dem Schwedenofen der mit Holz befeuert werden kann. Die Ausstattung ist neu und sehr modern und mit viel Herz eingerichtet. Der Balkon ist nach Osten ausgerichtet und lädt zum gemeinsamen Frühstück ein. Die Nachmittage können bei voller Sonne im vom Balkon aus begehbaren Garten hinter dem Haus genossen werden.

Centrally located, all you need is within a short walk: shops, bars, restaurants, a beautiful farmers market (Saturday and Wednesday) or Bruchsal's 17th-century castle.

The apartment has everything your heart desires and is fully equipped… Three beautiful bedrooms have been furnished with new furniture and antiques. Depending on the number of guests (max. 7 guests), the three bedrooms are made available. As standard, one bedroom is available for double occupancy. You can also book two bedrooms by arrangement. With a desk each, you can work relaxed here. From the 3rd guest onwards I charge €50 per guest per night.

The famous blue tower can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot and the river (Neckar) can also be reached on foot within a few minutes.

Our five newly built, side-by-side studio apartments are modern, featuring underfloor heating, a combined living/sleeping area, and an open kitchen. Each apartment includes a separate bathroom with a large rain shower, plus a table and two chairs outside. Shared amenities include Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer, and gym. Welcome gifts, coffee, tea, spices, towels, bed linen, and toiletries are all provided.
