Within walking distance to the beach, marina/boat launch, 4.1-mile lakeside path, bars, and restaurants. Play air hockey/ping pong or relax in the fully fenced in yard w/ hot tub, gas & wood fire pits or gazebo for grilling, dining and relaxing.

There is also plenty of parking available in the rear of the home.
