Woodend is a beautiful cottage set in a semi rural setting, with stunning aspects from all bedrooms and sitting room. Quiet and tranquil garden and patio area, perfect for enjoying a glass of bubbly and taking in the wonderful views and relaxing. The semi detached cottage is stylish and tastefully decorated. Part of the beauty of Woodend is even though you are surrounded by fields, it’s only a stroll into Dumfries town centre (20 mins) where you will find pubs, restaurants and shopping.

It's rare to find a place that's both historic and one of a kind. Kick back and relax in the comforts of our stylish space accompanied with hot tub. The apartment neighbours a 14th Century Abbey and a prime salmon fishing river. We are located opposite the Abbey Arms pub if you feel the need to quench your thirst or enjoy a game of pool! *Please note - we do not supply logs for the log burner, although can arrange at a supplementary fee. Stylish Period Town Centre Flat - 2nd Floor

Our apartment is on the 2nd floor up a spiral staircase and through the blue glazed door. The apartment shares its main entrance with the flat across the hall (13C) and is all yours for the duration of your stay. Dumfries is a busy market town in the South West of Scotland surrounded by beautiful countryside with many castles and beaches. There is close access to the railway station, theatre, clubs and pubs being in the centre of town. Please read on to find out more about our flat.

Converted Stables - Scenic 'Courtyard Cottage'

'Courtyard Cottage' is situated in a courtyard - previously stables and tastefully converted to a high standard. Easy driving distance of the A74(M), with good rail & bus links. The cottage provides the ideal base to enjoy the many cultural and outdoor activities available in the area. Plenty of lovely walks, sailing, fishing, wild life and great night skies. Perfect to kick back and relax after a day of exploring the many attractions and scenery. parking is available.

Kirkland Cottage

Kirkland Cottage is completely self-contained and is attached to our main house in an enclosed, secluded and large garden. Although only two miles from Dumfries Town Centre it is in a quiet, rural location. There is ample parking beside the cottage and a lockable room for storage of bicycles and other leisure equipment. The cottage provides a great base from which to enjoy the many cultural and outdoor activities available in the immediate locality.

Charming chalet in peaceful rural location.

Our chalet is in our large, well managed garden. While it is near our house and we are happy to chat, we always respect peoples privacy. This is a very peaceful place where you can sit outside and watch the flames of the fire pit at night or stay in and have a cosy evening. Our neighbours are all of the four legged variety so some countryside noises are to be expected but the cows love to come and greet you at the wall. Parking space in garden

This newly renovated place to stay is arranged over 3 floors and is perfect for well behaved large group bookings. Only a short walk from Dumfries town centre, Dumfries museum, globe inn & Burns house. Dumfries has lots of historic and charming buildings including Caerlaverick castle, Sweetheart Abbey or Drumlanrig castle. Also a great hub for anyone interested in visiting Mabie forest, 7 stanes, solway coast and lots more.

Lovely central 2 bedroom apartment

Great, modern 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Dumfries centre. The living area comes with a large corner sofa bed and wide screen smart TV. There is two bedrooms: 1 with a comfy king size bed and the other with 2 single beds. The good- sized kitchen is well stocked with an induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer and washing machine. The bathroom comes with walk in shower, sink, WC and toiletries.

The Old Schoolhouse

A Victorian Schoolhouse, now a cozy and stylish home. The Old Schoolhouse has 3 bedrooms, shower room & en suite bathroom. Wood stove in the lounge, open fire in the kitchen, and central heating. Light, bright, with a large garden looking onto the fields beyond- snowdrops in the spring, cherries in summer, and apples in autumn. The occasional escapee hen wandering about. The perfect place for a proper holiday.
