The spacious 50 sqm (internal & external) courtyard studio has private and separate entry from a quirky Surry Hills laneway. Visitors descend down a short flight of steps into a stunning secret courtyard enclosed by tall white walls - remnants of a warehouse. Bifold doors lead into the generous living area, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor areas. The lounge/dining area is comfortably furnished with a 2.5 seater sofa bed (converts to king single bed), leather butterfly chair, flat screen Smart TV (with Netflix) and dining table and chairs. Blockout curtains will ensure that guest will have a good nights rest. The designer kitchen has a fully integrated dishwasher, convection microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and concealed washer/dryer. The sleeping area features a comfortable queen-size bed, ample wardrobe space and reverse cycle air conditioning (heating and cooling). The generous, modern bathroom has a frameless shower, large mirrors and marble tiles. This unique city-fringe pad is perfectly located between the CBD, Crown Street and Central Station. Beach front Luxury escape for 2 only. No parties allowed, it is on the lower level of our house, which overlooks Sydney Harbour, It has its own private entrance and is totally separate, it has direct access to the beach in Clontarf, there are 62 steps up to the apartment. We are on the Spit bridge to Manly walk which is stunning. Seaforth Village and Manly are close. Sandy bar cafe at the Marina and Bosk in Park, also a wide variety of first-class dining and shopping options are close by
