Nestled in the heart of West Drayton, close to Heathrow Airport, Pinewood Studios and Brunel University. Great access to central London on the Elizabeth Line, less than 30 minutes on the train. No cleaning fee charged. You’ll have your own entrance at the back yard on the ground floor , a cosy & decent double room with desk for work, private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with ingredients for your cooking. Plus parking by the door. There is no lounge-living room The local area is very safe.

This stylish place is perfect for a solo traveller or a couple. It's completely private with private entrance. Kitchenette comes with microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery and a selection of teas & coffee. Dining area overlooking the garden has room for two and doubles up as a workspace. Bathroom has a shower unit with hot water. Room comes with electric heaters & extra blankets. Full outdoor gym on site. Additional services (washing machine & full kitchen) are found in the house (shared space).

Newly refurbished apartment on the ground floor with private entrance. Main door leads to a lobby which is shared with the first floor apartment. The apartment consists of the main bedroom with a king-size bed, a further room with adult bunk bed & sofa , full size kitchen/diner and a family bathroom. The back garden has a small grass area & a patio with outdoor table and seating. There is 1 off-street parking space on the front drive and an additional space on the street in front of the drive.

Come stay at a former chocolate factory! This historic art-deco building has easy access to Heathrow airport (5 mins away) and Central London (under 20 mins away) by train. The flat is under a 10 min walk from Hayes & Harlington station on the Elizabeth line. A modern spacious one-bed flat boasts beautiful industrial garden-facing windows and high ceilings. The building also has an on-site gym and a large gated garden. I hope you love my home as much as I do!

Close links to London, Heathrow, HS2, Windsor. Elizabeth Line 15 min walk down the canal. 10 mins to all the fishing Lakes. Beautiful walks and pubs all a short walk away from the property. Shops and bus stops a 5 minute walk. You’re welcome to use our outdoor garden space to relax and unwind.
