The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. 3 bedrooms on the main level with one extra-large bedroom in the basement along with a full bathroom. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have TVs, as well as the living room. The EJ House 4 Bedroom 1 1/2 Bath

The EJ house was built in 1905 with the original woodwork, stain glass windows and front door. The house is a little over 1600 sqft of living space. The house has 4 bedrooms with three queen beds and one full size bed. Guests will find it to be surprisingly spacious and a comfortable place to work, play or relax. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the house. The house has central air for those warm summer days or enjoy the large back deck. The woodwork is original to the house.

The Kimball House

Beautiful Victorian home in the heart of Fayette only one block from downtown & Upper Iowa University. Features an updated kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances and family room w/gas fireplace. Formal living room & dining room have original hardwood floors; upstairs has engineered hardwoods. Updated bathroom has double vanity and shower.
