This is a recently built, architecturally designed, contemporary home that provides spacious rooms/areas to relax and enjoy, both indoor and outdoor. Includes many activities for both adults & kids to enjoy, including a large salt water pool, tennis court , extensive grass area for outdoor games plus table tennis & home gym set up in the garage. Farm House - Te Pa Heihei Toa

Our family farm escape ready for your adventure. A spacious 4 bed, 2 bathroom (one shower and one bath), and sleepout, fully equipped, 'living wood', lockwood home. Smaller fully fenced section around the house with a tree-house, trampoline, swings and small liner pool in summer months.(Dec - Feb). The extras on the property include Hawkes Bay's only undercover skate park that is open every day, a motoX / bike track that is suitable for pitbikes, beautiful rustic silos, sheep and chickens.

Casa da Karina

Casa da Karina was built in 1932 as part of Muritai Homestead. Now it is my home, full of character and charm, perfect to welcome friends and family. My dog Lola is only acting as a model but won’t be here during your stay. Our Cat however, stays. In the so called "green circle" of Havelock North. It is a 7-10 minute stroll into the Village where all shops and restaurants are at walking distance: even Te Mata Peak. Wineries and beaches are a short drive away. You’ll enjoy Casa da Karina.

The Pavilion

So close to the village, yet set in the countryside there are lambs in Spring and apple trees next door. Eggs are laid by our own chooks, bread, muesli and preserves are homemade. We'll suggest places to visit and restaurants if you want to dine out. Cool off in the pool in summer or take an expertly led yoga class! Take a trip to Hastings or Napier or walk the miles of tracks in Te Mata Park. Ocean Beach is just 15 minutes away and the Sunday Farmers Market just 10!

Apartment Getaway. 3 Bedrooms, Napier City Centre

It doesn't get any more central to this. This top floor apartment, right in the centre of town, perfectly captures the essence of Napier. The apartment is located on Emerson Street, less than a block from the Marine Parade walkway, attractions, and walking distance to local cafes/restaurants. You'll be spoilt for choices where to sit and relax. Either in the large comfy lounge spaces around the fireplace or choose the sheltered outdoor courtyard and conservatory.

Wonderful private apartment in the West Quay complex in Ahururi with breath taking wrap around views. Full kitchen, and room for 4 people. Heated swimming pool in summer and gymnasium on site with close access to all the fine eateries in Ahururi. NB: the pool is closed from 24 January until 2nd Feb 2024 for urgent maintenance.
