Au cœur de la Vallée Ténébreuse de la Vienne et sur la route Richard Cœur de Lion, le Clos des Hirondelles est une grange aménagée de grande capacité dans un petit hameau calme et reposant. Cette grange, vieille de centaines d’années, nous en connaissons la moindre pierre ! Nous espérons que vous ressentirez cette énergie durant votre séjour . Le Limousin et ses environs (Saint-Junien, Oradour sur Glane, le parc Périgord Limousin.) devraient ravir les familles autour du bien-vivre à la campagne.

Set in 3 acres of grounds, this stunning property is in a peaceful location yet just a few minutes' walk to the amenities of historical Le Dorat. French doors from the spacious open-plan living area lead to a private garden with dining pavilion & bbq overlooking the beautiful 10x5m in-ground pool (May-Sep). Upstairs both bedrooms benefit from their own en-suite shower rooms. The pretty gardens are home to numerous fruit and nut trees, and shared by the owners resident donkeys, chickens & cats

Unwind in the wood-burning hot tub under the stars in the evening and spend lazy days relaxing by the private pool enjoying cold drinks. 3 minute drive into Busserolles which has a bakery, post office, bar and restaurant. Ideal retreat for a couple or small group.

Lake Beach 10 minute drive or 20 minute bike ride which has boat hire swimming areas for children and adults, play areas and a couple of bars and restaurants or take your own picnic as plenty of tables. Limoges airport 30 minutes away. Golf International de la Prèze is 25 minutes drive. Plenty of chateaus to visit a must is Rochechouart only 10 minutes away.

Located between Le Dorat & Bellac, with all local amenities. Only 40 minutes from Limoges airport. The property is set in its own grounds, with no immediate neighbours, with a large in ground swimming pool. We also have a 2 bedroom Gite, sleeping 4 downstairs for larger groups looking for space of their own whilst holidaying together.

Niché au coeur d'une propriété de 2 hectares, dans un cadre verdoyant et enchanteur, la maison d'Alphonsine est composée de 2 chambres, salon et cuisine ainsi que d'une salle de bain. La première chambre est dotée d'un grand lit pour 2 personnes et la seconde de 2 lits pour 1 personne. Un espace extérieur avec un barbecue à disposition vient agrémenter ce lieu chargé d'histoire. Ancien stock à grains, cette demeure a été transformée en habitation dans les années 1940.
