Verry cosy, small Appartement in the city center, in one of the oldest buildings of Graz. Right opposite the Theater House. 3 min. Walk to the main square. and 5 min. to the Opera. A parking garage close by. A lot of restaurants and bars in that area. But anyways it is a calm place, as it is situated in a backyard. Right in front of the door, there are three cafes and the famous "Hofbäckerei" where you can get breakfast.

Vom Wohnzimmer aus sieht man in den Rosengarten des Cafés mit dem besten Frühstück der Stadt.
