WE SIT ON A SMALL CANAL WITH BOAT RAMP AND DOCKAGE FOR SMALL SKIFF AVAILABLE FOR AN EXTRA FEE. BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS! VERY COZY! ALSO NEXT DOOR TO THE DELICIOUS SANDWHICH SHOP AND FRISCO SHOPPING CENTER!

Located in the heart of Hatteras Village, this home is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, marinas, charter fishing boats, and the ferry. The house features 3 bedrooms with a additional “guest room" (located on ground level), 3 bathrooms (1 full, 2 half, + outside shower), huge deck with a covered area, two bicycles and beach gear! Adorable cottage with SPECTACULAR views! Located on a quiet dead end street in the heart of Hatteras Village. There is so much to do, but the view is so great you might not want to leave. There is a private shallow water dock across the street for a low draw boat, swimming, fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Hatteras beach is just a short drive or bike. Access to the sound for Kite Boarding in the spring and fall. This cottage has it all! New washer/dryer, dishwasher, paint!

Cottage By The Sea is ready to welcome you to Hatteras Island time. This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is just right for relaxing getaways. Kick off your shoes and put your toes in the sand. Cottage By The Sea is less than a mile to a 4x4 beach access or just 1.5 miles to a parking access with showers and restrooms, where you can walk out on the beach. Just 10 minutes to the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. Each guest gets to enjoy 1 free regular Sno-Ball from Hatteras Sno-Balls (seasonal).

It's sitting on 2 acres including a tidal pond that connects to Slash Creek and on into the Pamlico Sound. Great for kayaks and paddleboards. Home is 2 minutes to beach and close to restaurants, ferry dock, stores, and marinas. Watch beautiful sunsets from the deck.

Situated in Hatteras Village, our cabana #33 is a free-standing studio, pet friendly condo just steps away from the beach. Enjoy a view of the ocean from the rooftop deck. The National Park Service maintains the adjacent beach which is part of Cape Hatteras National Seashore. This is the only beach in the Carolinas where you can enjoy the warmth and romance of a fire on the beach. Pets are allowed with a $75 pet fee plus tax.
