Guests have private beach access path straight from the house. The beach in front of this home is one of the widest stretches of beach in the area!

Sapphire House

It,s time for some fun, rest, and sun, we just renovated our 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, 1 bathroom has a shower, and the other has a bathtub, it 2 stories, 3 bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom, and a whirlpool tub also, the 2 king beds are upstairs along with a full bed each has it's own room. 2 queen size beds downstairs. We have towels, the beds are fixed, keurig coffee maker, fully furnished kitchen, their is plenty of room. A gas grill, swings in the back yard. Also an outside shower

Fall asleep to the surf in this newly updated, tastefully furnished home with stunning views on four sides. The open-plan top floor has a chef's kitchen, wrap-around deck, and working gas fireplace overlooking the sea. Main suite and a two-room bedroom open onto second floor deck; the bunk room can sleep five. The fourth bedroom with own bath is a floor below. Beach chairs and toys. Outdoor shower. Gas grill. Great wifi. Access nearby pool in summer and tennis and Pickleball year-round.

Love the Beach !

This comfortable trailer with a wide front deck is perfect for lazy spring and summer days. An outdoor shower, large grill & 3 large, sturdy umbrellas will keep the deck shaded after returning from a day fishing or just lounging across the street at the beach. A newly purchased cart in 2026 will allow you to easily pull all your beach gear across Hwy 12 & straight down a side street with access to the ocean. There's even a fish cleaning table with a hose for your convenience!

Perfect for boaters, fishermen, windsurfers, and anyone else who enjoys waterfront living! Enjoy beautiful sunsets and a panoramic view of the Pamlico Sound. Boat access to the sound with a boat ramp at Scotch Bonnet Marina and Gift shop at end of the private street. Easy sound side launching for kayaks or the ability to wade in the water.
