Our stay was lovely! Everything in the house is quality. Comfortable beds, quality kitchen supplies, convenient ice machine, lovely decks. Beauty in the details inside and outside the house. From a hose to wash your sandy feet before entry, baby gate at the stair, a wooden tray to carry your coffee and breakfast to the porch with views of the ocean, to throw blankets in every room for snuggling under while watching your favorite movie on the many selections. The dogs were comfy and so were the two kids. Puzzles and board games in the cupboard, beach towels and muslin bath towels to dry off. Loved everything about our stay. Steps away from the beach at any time and laying on the roof deck at night to watch the stars. Mark was extremely responsive, sending a short video on how to use the nest HVAC. Super comfortable pillows for both back and side sleepers. Blackout curtains helped for those who need them. We slept with the windows open every night enjoying the waves. Had a magical trip.

The place was even more beautiful than in the photos! Gorgeous views form every window. The hot tub was amazing. Great small private beach on the sound and a quick and easy walk to the larger beaches. Joshua was incredibly responsive. I can’t wait to return.

My family and I loved our stay here. The house is beautiful. All the inside furnishings are comfortable and cozy. The local HOA activities that are included in the home rental are highly recommended from fishing, basketball, corn-hole, walks on the pier and kayaking. My family and I were so very pleased with this rental. Our host are amazing and helpful as well. I highly recommend this property. Thanks for having us.

Place was just as advertised and fit our needs perfectly for a family of 4. Frank and Frans is a two minute walk so that was convenient since we were there to fish. There’s a restaurant right next door and everything in Avon is close to Food Lion. Family walked to the beach one night without me and made it back….so must be an easy trip lol! Overall….great place if your a family of 6 or less.

This home is beautiful. The layout provides privacy and lots of opportunities to spend time together as a family. There were many extras that made us feel so at home: tons of spices and a fully stocked kitchen, beach cart, chairs, etc. We loved having our coffee on the deck in the morning listening to the ocean. In the evening you can see the sunset over the sound of walk less than five minutes to a park and watch it hit the horizon. Sarah and Victor were quick to respond and clearly put together a space with guests in mind. Plus the most comfortable beds in any vacation property I've ever used!

Attention to detail in this property. Great location. Beautiful sound front property with wonderful outdoor amenities. My husband and I kayaked in the sound behind the house and met the oyster farmer that is close by. The local restaurants are great and we were able to ride our bike to them. The decor was very cute. Outside shower was convenient.

Definitely a comfy cottage! Kitchen had everything we need, plus some! Loved the little dock and access to everything in the storage room for outside fun is a plus. Kathleen was super informative and helpful before the stay, because of this we were able to enjoy our time and had no reason to figure things out on our own or contact the host.

Tami’s place is just awesome! The tree lined driveway to privacy was so nice. Plenty of space for the 4 adults and 1 child. Views are absolutely stunning! Sunset is just awesome. Had so many things to do with games, bikes, beach chairs, cornhole, kayaks, toys for the kids and plenty more. Outdoor space was amazing as well with a private little entrance to the bay. Just an amazing overall experience and we are already looking at dates for our next trip!

My family and I had a wonderful stay, the house was well stocked. We had trouble getting the TV to work, Sandy was very quick to try to help. Unfortunately there was an outage on the island, but she still tried to help! Highly recommended!

This house was very nice. The neighborhood is beautiful and it was centrally located to all the things we wanted to see in OBX. We liked having comfy beds for everyone and covered parking. Goldie was very communicative. It would be nice to have shampoo and body wash in the bathrooms (no one else in my family brought any 😂) and access to beach chairs and sand toys would be a helpful addition since it’s so close to the shore. Thank you for your hospitality.

Just Enough was that and so much more. Beautiful area, super porch for viewing the canal, really comfortable house. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking up some great fresh seafood. The seafood shop was just up the road by the way. Restaurants and grocery were all close by. Evenings on the porch were such a super way to relax after beaching, biking and kayaking. Really loved our stay

I cannot say enough about this property, it has it all! Walkable beaches, clean home, private cul-du-sac neighborhood, comfy and cozy feel inside the house, amazing amenities included! We had a great vacation filled with many core memories for myself and my family. Chris was very attentive and any questions we had that were not answered in the guidebook he provided were handled by him personally. 10/10 experience from start to finish!
