Enjoy the multi level outdoor deck with lush landscape or hang out upstairs with floor to ceiling windows and a perfect view of the Rodanthe Pier. The interior exhibits wide plank pine floors, cypress ship lap & custom hickory stairs with mahogany inlay and live cedar accents. The kitchen has concrete counters and a farm sink.

Brand New Home in Frisco

Take it easy at this unique newly built getaway. Enjoy world class sunsets. You will feel as though you are high above the tree line in an elegant treehouse. This is one of the only locations on the East Coast that offers a rare "over the water" sunset. Watch the sun melt into the Pamlico Sound from the covered porch. Walk, bike or 4X4 to the beaches, just minutes away. Excellent fishing and boat rentals are very close. This location also has several wonderful restaurants to explore.

It's a straight, easy 5 minute walk to the beach as well as many restaurants and shops. Fall asleep to the surf in this newly updated, tastefully furnished home with stunning views on four sides. The open-plan top floor has a chef's kitchen, wrap-around deck, and working gas fireplace overlooking the sea. Main suite and a two-room bedroom open onto second floor deck; the bunk room can sleep five. The fourth bedroom with own bath is a floor below. Beach chairs and toys. Outdoor shower. Gas grill. Great wifi. Access nearby pool in summer and tennis and Pickleball year-round.

Relax in this peaceful location with amazing sound views. Sound access nearby. It has a fully equipped kitchen, iron & ironing board, broom and small vacuum (located in the outside closet on the deck). Whether you want a quiet, relaxing stay or an activity-filled stay with biking, kayaking, or traveling the island, Oyster Point is your destination place! Note: There is ABSOLUTELY no smoking allowed on the property. This includes inside the house, outside on the decks, and on the grounds.

Nestled high up in the pines of Frisco this conveniently located home is perfect for fisherman, small families and water sportsman looking for a secluded space on Cape Hatteras. 5 minute drive to the frisco bathhouse beach and just 10 to the Cape Hatteras light house. Enjoy the open concept living, dining/kitchen area and screened in porch as well as open air deck with ample seating. Mark’s Bunker is located off highway 12 and is surrounded by over 5 acres of undeveloped marshlands.

Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from the living room, deck & screened-in porch at this pet-friendly rental! Located 150 feet from the beach. Completely Renovated in 2024! 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms & an air-conditioned game room with retro arcade games. All beds are made up prior to arrival. 1 towel set consisting of bath towel, hand towel & washcloth per guest. Owners inspect the home after every departure to ensure all advertised amenities are present & in excellent working order.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil surf getaway . Enjoy the beach in Rodanthe with some of the best surfing on the east coast . This tiny house is designed for serious surfers and kiteboarders . Walk to pizza shop , coffe shop , fishing pier , restaurants, and kiteboarding . Grab the bikes and Cruz the bike path from rodanthe to salvo . Walk to the beach (4 minutes I timed it) or 30 seconds on bike through a beautiful marsh

Bingo! This is it! The closest cottage in terms of driving to the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse, Cape Point, and the jetties on Hatteras Island. This cottage is bordered by Cape Hatteras National Seashore with all the abundant wildlife you would expect and a nice level yard with gobs of privacy.
